To select a test date, you will need to log in to your myNAATI account again. You will be invited (via email from ) to select a test date once your application is approved. You will receive an email once your application is processed (generally within a week). To apply for the CCL test, you will need to create an account in our customer portal, myNAATI, and submit your application from there. NAATI is not able to amend the expiry date of a credential that has already been issued.
Cancel your test booking
Long pauses may result in marks being deducted, particularly if it results in the total test recording going for longer than 20 minutes. If you have booked your test and online casinos are concerned about your computer equipment or internet access, please email us at as soon as possible. If you don’t meet these requirements, you will need to book and pay for a new test.
Bowling Combos
To apply, you need to wait until the cap opens on 1 July next program year. This is because all places for the program year have been filled already. We will reopen a ‘paused’ cap later in the same program year to allow new applications. There are no caps for second or third Work and Holiday visas. If you need to reschedule (change) your booking, you’ll need to do it at least 2 days before your test to avoid losing your booking fee. If you are eligible for a test review, you can apply for this from your myNAATI account within 30 days of receiving your results. This may mean people sitting the test on the same day receive their results on different days. Note that test dates are shown live, which means they may have already been booked by other candidates by the time you go to book through myNAATI.
If these conditions don’t apply to you, you can take the DKT online. You can make a booking to take the Driver Knowledge Test (DKT) in-person at a Service NSW Centre. Take the online test as many times as you need for the one test fee. Most of our tests are delivered online only to allow for equitable access for test candidates.
Results & receiving your credential
You should read NAATI’s language policy to understand how the examiners will assess the use of your language in the test. All CCL tests are delivered online on a testing platform called Televic. Failure to do so may result in your test being invalidated or cancelled with no refund. Subscriptions will apply to certain third-party streaming and gaming services in order to access.
The results received are unable to be used to claim points for migration. Your 75% refund will be processed within 14 days in most cases. Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before applying for this test.

If you need to use another form of payment, you must return to a transport and motoring customer service centre on a weekday during opening hours to get your licence. If you pass a driving test on a Saturday, you can pay with EFTPOS and get your licence on the day. You must make your booking at least one week before your test date.
